Want to lose weight? Not without exercise!!!

If you intend to go on a diet and do it properly so you can lose weight permantly you just can‘t underestimate the exercise factor. Quick diet with out exercise is a key for short term results.

Diet is simply an economy. If you spend more than you earn, you loose. Money and if you eat more than you exercise, you gain more weight. Simple fact. So you have to get the fat burning on the way, taking into account your weight, age, health and fitness state  you are in, there is always something to choose from all types of activity - you can, for example do exercise in any form you like or can think of. Go to the gym, cycle, go jogging or just take a powerwalk for forty minutes a day. That could be vital to  your way to healthier life.

Some of the most energy-giving forms of exercise are running and cycling.  Cycling is especially good if you are way to heavy and want to protect your knees, because jogging / running will be the shock that propagates from the legs and up through your body every step you run.

It can be very inspiring to go jogging or cycling outdoors, assuming you're close to nature and there is a lot to see and enjoy along the way. But you can also go on a treadmill in the gym or workout on an indoor bike if you're more into it.

Spinning in the center is a form of great exercise in the gym. Here is cycling on some heavy and robust training cycles where it is possible to load, so you can "simulate" a ride up a tough hill.

These sessions under control of expert trainers who make this sessions exiting and fun, they encourage people to give in this litle extra we all know we have within. After short while you start to nelieve that you are in a tough competition and have good cchance of winning.

In fact, after few sessions you don‘t have to "drag" you self off the couch to go for the gym because after a few weeks you can already tell that you are in much better shape and have the opportunity to walk or cycle with more power than you dreamt of.

If you take care in the beginning and build up your tempo you will slowly but firmly burn more fat. And isn't that the treat to go after?

Natural weight loss, why not?

Putting on weight is the worlds most common health problem. This is because of overindulgence and eating the "wrong" type of foods.

Food should be one of the greatest pleasures in life. Our daily lives is based on around socialising and eating. Unfortunately, this extra food and limited exercise results in gaining weight and the consequences are lack of health .

The goal of natural weight loss is to adopt healthy principles and make them a part of your everyday life. By eating the correct foods and enjoying regular exercise, your weight will slowly decrease and stay off. You also enjoy the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Other factors that show the rate of weight loss are sometimes in play. This can be discouraging for people who are doing all the right things but seeing no results. Because there are thousands of different weight loss diets available, you may be too confused to follow one specific dietary regime, choosing instead to try many of them, half-heartily, to no avail.

Being overweight isn't merely a cosmetic problem. It's also a great threat to your long term health. There are many health conditions associated with overweight. This includes for example: diabetes, heart disease, stroke and some types of cancer.

The solution to fast, effective, natural weight loss is not to eat less, but to eat healthy and nutritious diet. Certainly, weight gain will occur if you eat high amounts of refined carbohydrates. These must be avoided and replaced with unrefined high-fibre carbohydrates. A balanced diet is best, comprised of fresh, preferably organic, raw fruits and vegetables, proteins, unrefined complex carbohydrates and fats. These principles should also be incorporated with a healthy exercise program.

Weight Loss Road Blocks
There are many reasons why you may gain weight. The cause may not be one factor but a combination of different ones, including:
  • unbalanced dieting
  • To many calories in your diet
  • Insufficient exercises
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Insulin resistance
  • Food allergies
  • Stressing environment
  • Emotional eating
  • Food addictions
  • Sluggish liver function
  • Age
For effective, long term weight loss you need to get both your diet program as well as your training program right. A healthy balanced diet along with a properly strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body, will guarantee long term natural weight loss as your destination you wish to aim for.
